We offer the following return policy for our products.
Coffee – Since coffee is perishable, we do not accept returns on coffee orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we do offer refunds within 30 days of the order. Just reach out to us at contact@backwoodsgrind.com and we will help you!
Apparel – If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, Backwoods Grind Coffee Company will be happy to accept returns for unworn and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a merchandise credit. Worn merchandise or merchandise without the tag still attached cannot be returned for any reason.
